EPONA TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Epona ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our website eponabarn.com and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Epona provides stable management technology. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Service at any time without notice.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND USER ACCOUNTS

Users between 13-17 may use the Service only with parental consent and supervision

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and distribute it.

5.3 DMCA Compliance

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Report infringement to: epona.barn@gmail.com.

6. PAYMENT TERMS AND REFUNDS

6.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party processors. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

6.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled case-by-case and may be subject to processing fees.

6.3 Subscription Services

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.2 Animal-Related Activities Disclaimer

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: You acknowledge that activities involving horses are inherently dangerous. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury or death.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

EPONA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Epona against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control (acts of God, disasters, etc.).

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law: Delaware.
Mandatory Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration via the American Arbitration Association.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.

13. ASSIGNMENT

We may assign these Terms; you may not without written consent.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. TERMINATION

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You remain responsible for all outstanding fees through the end of the current contract cycle.
